Homosexuality was very common and accepted in Roman times — though only for men with men and there were a lot of politics around which role you were and what that meant about social status. Typhoid Mary was actually a cook and a carrier of typhoid — she popped around to 9 different families, 8 of which got the disease! Oh and Napoleon was once attacked by a horde of bunnies!
